Job summary

Interview Kickstart is seeking a Program Advisor to engage prospective learners across the US market. You will guide them from goal understanding to program recommendation and enrollment support.

Ideal candidates are skilled in consultative selling, relationship building, and working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with experience in outbound calls and CRM usage. This is a fully remote role requiring US night hours (PST).

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, academic counselling, or B2C sales.
• Experience selling to US customers or international markets is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong consultative selling, objection handling, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and working in a target-driven environment.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple customer interactions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead qualification to enrollment.
• Connect with prospective learners through outbound calls, follow-ups, and consultative conversations.
• Understand customer goals and recommend the most suitable Interview Kickstart program.
• Answer questions related to programs, curriculum, pricing, and outcomes.
• Build strong relationships through timely and effective follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate lead information in the CRM and stay updated on offerings.

We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Program Advisor to engage prospective learners across the US market. You'll guide them through their decision-making journey - from understanding their career goals to recommending the right program and supporting them through enrollment.

What You'll Do

• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant programs where appropriate.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.
