Job summary

Casagrand in Coimbatore is seeking a Manager P&L to drive profitability across business units. You will own end-to-end FP&A processes, oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, and develop robust financial models.

The role requires strong Excel and Power BI skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to present CXO-level insights to support strategic decisions. Prior experience in Real Estate or related sectors is preferred.

Qualifications

• MBA in Finance or professional qualification (CA/CIMA/CFA) or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance/Economics.
• Strong Excel, Power BI, and financial modelling skills.
• 2–5 years FP&A or P&L management experience.
• Experience in Real Estate, Infrastructure, or Manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• P&L Ownership: Own end-to-end P&L management, monitor revenue, costs, margins, EBITDA, and profitability.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Drive annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and variance analysis with corrective action plans.
• Financial Modelling: Develop models for forecasting, cash flow analysis, and track core metrics (IRR, NPV, EBITDA, ROI).
• MIS & Analytics: Prepare CXO-level dashboards, performance reports, and process automation via Excel/Power BI or similar tools.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to drive business performance, ensuring strict financial governance, compliance and risk monitoring.

Job Title: Manager P&L (Profit & Loss)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented P&L Manager to oversee financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability across business units/projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), P&L management, financial modelling, and business performance reporting, with the ability to support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, P&L Management, Corporate Finance, Business Finance, or Financial Strategy.
• Experience in Real Estate, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, or similar industries is preferred.
• Strong exposure to budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and business performance analysis.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or P&L management (preferably in Finance / Real Estate Industry).
• High-potential freshers from top-tier business schools are highly encouraged to apply.
• An agile problem-solver with strong business acumen, capable of collaborating across teams to translate complex financial data into actionable insights and high-impact presentations for CXO-level decision-making.
