Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and financial planning processes for assigned functions.
• Partner with business leaders to provide insights on financial performance, cost drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Deliver meaningful variance analysis and recommend actions to improve financial outcomes.
• Develop and enhance management reporting, dashboards, and financial models to support decision-making.
• Drive process simplification, automation, and standardization to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

The role drives actionable insights, supports informed decision-making, promotes financial governance, and leads continuous improvement initiatives through automation, standardization, and data-driven solutions. • Proficiency with MS-Office – particularly Excel, Power Point, Word and other reporting tools
• Working Knowledge of Business Intelligence Tools – ORACLE, SAP, EPBCS, etc..
