Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Mumbai seeks an experienced Project Lead/Construction Manager to oversee large mixed-use developments. You will lead planning, budgeting, and on-site execution with a focus on safety, quality, and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate holds BE Civil, 12–15 years of relevant experience, and is proficient in reading drawings and using construction management software. PMP or similar certification is preferred. On-site role with 48 hours weekly.

• BE Civil or related engineering degree is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop, implement, and track detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, including obtaining necessary permits.
• Site Management & Supervision: Oversee on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations (OSHA) and quality standards.
• Subcontractor & Resource Management: Hire, coordinate, and supervise subcontractors, laborers, and staff, ensuring resources are optimized.
• Communication & Reporting: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers, providing regular progress updates.
• Problem Resolution: Proactively identify risks, troubleshoot, and remove obstacles to maintain project momentum.Workable+9

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: Proven experience (typically 3+ years) as a Project Lead, Construction Manager, or similar role.
• Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills, with proficiency in reading technical drawings and using construction management software.
• Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certifications are preferred.Indeed+4
