Job summary

The candidate will be responsible for production support, incident management, and ongoing documentation, contributing to stable operations and efficient batch processing across shifts.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with production support and batch operations.
• Experience in scheduling and monitoring batch jobs using AutoSys and/or Control-M.
• Understanding of ITIL incident management processes.
• Familiarity with 24x7 support environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage batch processing, job scheduling, job reruns, and file transfers using AutoSys and Control-M.
• Perform incident triage, escalation, and resolution following ITIL guidelines.
• Support Major Incident Management activities and ensure timely communications with stakeholders.
• Conduct root cause analyses for recurring incidents and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge base documentation.
• Track operational metrics such as SLA adherence, incident resolution time, and MTTR.

The candidate will be responsible for monitoring critical batch jobs, ensuring timely issue resolution and maintaining high service availability in a 24x7 support environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage batch processing, job scheduling, job reruns, and file transfers using AutoSys and Control-M.
• Perform incident triage, escalation, and resolution in line with ITIL processes.
• Support Major Incident Management (MIM) activities and ensure timely stakeholder communication.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring incidents and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain and update SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge base documentation.
• Track operational metrics such as SLA adherence, incident resolution time, and MTTR.

Required Experience

• Experience in Production Support, Batch Operations, or Scheduling Support.
• Hands‑on experience with AutoSys and/or Control-M.
• Strong understanding of ITIL Incident Management processes.
• Experience working in a 24x7 support environment.
