Job summary

KeyBiz Dashboards Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad is looking for a supervisor to manage daily cleaning and sanitation operations. Your role will include ensuring cleanliness of production equipment according to approved procedures and monitoring adherence to cleaning schedules.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with various teams, review cleaning records, and investigate any deviations. Training operators on cleaning procedures and supporting audits will also be essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily material washing, equipment cleaning, and unit preparation activities.
• Ensure production equipment and accessories are cleaned and sanitized as per approved procedures.
• Verify cleanliness status and readiness of equipment before batch execution.
• Monitor adherence to cleaning schedules and sanitization programs.
• Review cleaning records and documentation for accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, SOPs, and EHS requirements.
• Coordinate with teams for timely availability of cleaned equipment.
• Investigate cleaning-related deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and segregation of equipment.
• Monitor manpower deployment to meet operational requirements.
• Train operators on cleaning procedures and GMP compliance.
• Support audits and quality initiatives related to production.

• Ensure production equipment, utensils, containers, and accessories are cleaned and sanitized as per approved procedures.
• Verify cleanliness status and readiness of equipment and production areas before batch execution.
• Monitor adherence to cleaning schedules, sanitization programs, and housekeeping standards.
• Review cleaning records, equipment logbooks, checklists, and related documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, SOPs, and EHS requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, Engineering, and Warehouse teams for timely availability of cleaned equipment and materials.
• Investigate cleaning-related deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and segregation of cleaned and unclean equipment.
• Monitor manpower deployment and shift activities to meet operational requirements.
• Train and guide operators on cleaning procedures, documentation practices, and GMP compliance.
• Support audits, inspections, and quality initiatives related to production support activities.
