Job summary

Navdeep Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a capable professional to lead shift operations for batch manufacturing of specialty chemicals.

You will oversee charging, reactor operations, and ensure safety, quality, and throughput targets are met. You will enforce SOPs and EHS standards, coordinate with Maintenance and Stores, train operators, maintain shift logs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives through CAPA.

Qualifications

• Experience in chemical batch plants (reactors, blenders, distillation).
• Working knowledge of DCS/PLC preferred.
• Exposure to ISO 9001/14001 and 5S preferred.
• Strong people management and problem-solving skills.
