Job summary

Ashu Organics, based in Maharashtra's Thane region, seeks an experienced Plant Operations supervisor to lead a chemical manufacturing shift. You will work with a team of operators and workers, ensure safe plant operations, and coordinate with lab and maintenance to drive results.

The ideal candidate has hands-on knowledge of plant processes, knowledge of BMR and manual plant operations, and strong communication skills to manage people and deliver on targets.

Qualifications

• Must have experience of working in Chemical Manufacturing Plant.
• Must Have knowledge of BMR and Manual Plant operations.
• Candidate should have skills of managing people. There must be at least 10 to 15 people working under him, including operators and workers.
• He should have excellent communication skills so that he can get results from lab or if there is pending work from maintenance department, he can get it done.
