Job summary

Barouliya Fragrancia Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Production Supervisor to oversee fragrance manufacturing operations at our Thane unit. You will manage daily production, inventory, and dispatch while ensuring quality and safety standards.

The role requires leadership, planning, and coordination with logistics, purchasing, and QA teams. Working hours are 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM with Sundays off, in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Monitor production planning, workflow, and manpower allocation.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety guidelines, and company procedures.
• Lead, train, and motivate production staff.
• Prepare daily production reports and maintain necessary documentation.
• Coordinate with purchase, stores, and quality control departments.

Barouliya Fragrancia Pvt. Ltd. - Wagle Estate, Thane

Barouliya Fragrancia Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible, disciplined, and experienced Production Supervisor for our fragrance manufacturing unit in Wagle Industrial Estate, Thane.

The ideal candidate should be capable of managing daily production operations, inventory, dispatch, production planning, and manpower while ensuring smooth and efficient plant operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities and achieve production targets.
• Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock registers.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely dispatch of finished goods.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: 12th Pass / Graduate / Diploma.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in manufacturing or production; relevant industry experience preferred.
• Good leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management and production planning.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in the following industries will be given preference:

• Perfume and fragrance manufacturing
• FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods)
• Cosmetics and personal care products
• Chemical manufacturing
• Consumer products manufacturing

Relevant experience in perfume, fragrance, or cosmetics manufacturing will be a strong advantage.

Working Hours & Weekly Off

• Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Weekly Off: Sunday
