Job summary

Corporate Stalwarts invites campus graduates for Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) in Production at our manufacturing plant in Mohali. Eligible batches are 2025 and 2026, with B.Tech in Mechanical/Production Engineering. Willingness to work at the plant and interest in manufacturing operations are required.

The role focuses on monitoring production, ensuring quality, and supporting cost-optimization initiatives in a fast-paced air conditioner manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production activities to achieve planned production targets.
• Ensure product quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process.
• Identify opportunities to reduce raw material/input costs and manufacturing conversion costs.
• Support process improvement initiatives to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and other departments to resolve production-related issues.
• Monitor production performance and help minimize wastage, defects, and rework.
• Follow workplace safety standards and manufacturing procedures.
• Maintain production records and prepare reports as required.
