Job summary

Hyfun Foods in Mehsana, Gujarat, is seeking a Production Planning professional with 3–6 years of experience to optimize manufacturing continuity and material flow.

You will coordinate planning, inventory control, BOM updates, and ensure SAP-based PR generation.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate degree.
• 3–6 years of experience in production planning or operations.
• Experience with SAP for material requirements and PR generation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule raw and packing materials to ensure manufacturing continuity.
• Involve in production and capacity planning (AOP).
• Measure and report Plan vs Actual (PVA) and coordinate corrective actions.
• Control excess, dead, or expired inventory.
• Reconcile FG inventory to avoid overproduction.
• Update BOM during product phase in/out.
• Ensure timely RM-PM material requirements and PRs generated in SAP.

Role & responsibilities

• Production Planning and Material Planning- Scheduling of Raw Materials & Packing Materials to ensure manufacturing continuity.
• Active Involvement in Production and Capacity Planning (AOP).
• Measure, Track and Share the PVA (Plan vs Actual) of Production and Co-ordinate for corrective action to achieve the PVA Target.
• Inventory control Responsible for controlling excess inventory / dead or expired inventory.
• FG Reconciliation of available inventory so that extra production can be avoided.
• Bom Updating while Phase in and phase out.
• Ensuring that RM-PM materials requirements generated on time in accordance with production plan and PR generated in SAP.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Qualification : Graduate or Postgraduate

Experience : 3 to 6 years
