Job summary

The Flower Puff Girlz in Mumbai seeks a Production Planning Engineer/Executive to plan, schedule and coordinate production activities for timely delivery and optimal resource use. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical, or industrial engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Production Planning and Control concepts.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Experience with ERP systems preferred.
• Ability to plan, schedule and coordinate production activities.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on sales forecasts and orders
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse and production teams to ensure material availability
• Monitor production schedules and adjust plans to avoid delays
• Optimize machine utilization and manpower allocation
• Track production performance and prepare MIS reports
• Maintain production planning data in Excel and ERP systems
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety norms
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements
• Maintain inventory control and minimize wastage

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Production Planning and Control concepts
• Good theoretical understanding of manufacturing processes

Educational Qualification
