Kawasaki Manufacturing India is seeking a hands-on Die Casting Production Engineer in Karnataka to manage manpower, processes and quality on the production floor. You will optimize die cast parameters, lead shift targets and mentor operators with a skill-matrix driven approach.

Strong communication, problem-solving and team leadership are essential, along with knowledge of aluminum die casting and machining. Indian location, full-time role with standard shifts.

Competenze

• BE-Mechanical with 4 years hands-on experience in a similar industry.
• Strong background in the casting manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of die casting and machining.
• High degree of professionalism with exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, team handling and organizational skills required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS-Office.
