Job summary

Kaneria Plast Pvt. Ltd. invites experienced production professionals to manage shift operations at our Gypsum Manufacturing Plant.

You will oversee day-to-day production, ensure targets, maintain quality, supervise manpower, and enforce safety and SOP compliance on the shop floor. The role requires hands-on experience in continuous/batch manufacturing, shift management, production planning, and process control, with willingness to work in rotational shifts and coordination with maintenance,

Qualifications

About the Role

We are looking for experienced Production professionals to manage and supervise shift operations at our Gypsum Manufacturing Plant. The selected candidates will be responsible for ensuring smooth production operations, achieving daily production targets, maintaining product quality, managing manpower, and ensuring compliance with safety and plant operating procedures.

The role requires strong hands‑on experience in continuous/batch manufacturing operations, shift management, production planning, manpower handling and process control.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day production and shift operations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Chemical or relevant field.
• 38 years of experience in manufacturing/production.
• Experience in Gypsum, Dry Mortar, Tile Adhesive, Plaster, AAC Block, Cement or Construction Material industry preferred.
• Experience in plant setup, process management and shift handling will be an advantage.
• Strong experience in manpower management and production target achievement.
• Candidates should be willing to work in rotational shifts.
