Job summary

CH Component, an established manufacturing firm, is seeking a Production Material Handling Executive in Uttar Pradesh to optimize material flow and inventory control. You will manage material movement to support uninterrupted production, prepare MIS reports in Advanced Excel, and ensure accurate stock records.

Qualifications

• Experience in production material handling within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
• Proficient in Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH).
• Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely material issuance to production according to the production plan.
• Monitor material receipt, issuance, consumption, and balance stock.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and daily stock reconciliation.
• Perform daily physical stock verification and investigate stock discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Production, Stores, Warehouse, Purchase, and Planning teams.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using Advanced Excel.
• Maintain FIFO practices and proper material traceability.
• Update inventory transactions in ERP/SAP systems.
• Support inventory audits, cycle counts, and stock accuracy initiatives.
• Analyze material consumption and identify opportunities to reduce wastage.

The ideal candidate should have experience in production material handling, inventory control, and stock management. The candidate must be proficient in Advanced Microsoft Excel and capable of preparing MIS reports, monitoring inventory, and coordinating material movement to support uninterrupted production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely material issuance to production according to the production plan.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.


• Diploma or certification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Inventory Management will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate

• 2-5 years of experience in Mobile, Electronics, EMS, or Manufacturing industries.


• Immediate joiners are preferred.


• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
