We are looking for an experienced and proactive Production Manager (Candy, lollipop,toffee) to oversee end-to-end production operations for candies, lollipops, toffees, jellies, and chocolates. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of confectionery processes, packaging materials, and production planning, with hands‑on floor management experience and excellent coordination skills with cross‑functional teams and suppliers.

Production & Process Management

• Oversee day-to-day production
• Implement and monitor production plans to achieve output targets within quality and time parameters.
• Ensure all processes follow company SOPs and quality standards.

Planning & Coordination

• Prepare detailed production planning based on order schedules and material availability.
• Plan shift schedules for supervisors.
• Coordinate with raw material and packaging suppliers to ensure timely material availability and avoid production delays.
• Plan raw material and packaging material requirements based on ongoing and upcoming production orders.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure production is carried out under proper hygiene, safety, and quality control standards.
