• Execute Production Plans: Review daily targets and allocate manpower and machinery accordingly to achieve maximum output.
• Material Management: Ensure availability of raw and packing materials at workstations prior to shift commencement.
• Process Monitoring: Continuously monitor production parameters, speeds, and temperatures to ensure continuous, uninterrupted workflow.
• Shift Handover: Conduct thorough shift handovers, communicating equipment status, production metrics, and pending issues to the incoming Shift Incharge.
