Production Oversight

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all solar production operations, including system design, manufacturing, and installation.
• Monitor production schedules, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track production metrics, analyze performance data, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage production staff, technicians, and field workers involved in solar installations.
• Ensure team members are trained and compliant with safety regulations and technical standards.
• Conduct performance reviews and foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and innovation.

Quality Assurance & Safety

• Implement and maintain quality control systems to meet industry standards and client expectations.
