Job summary

Jobitus seeks a seasoned Rolling Mill Engineer to oversee rolling programs from daily tasks to monthly planning. You will monitor Induction Furnace, CCM, and Hot Rolling Mill operations to ensure TMT bars meet required tensile strength and ductility through controlled quenching.

You will lead SOP implementation, coordinate preventive maintenance with the maintenance team, and train workers on-site at the factory in Durgapur, West Bengal.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in steel rolling mills with TMT bars.
• B.Tech/B.E. or M.Tech in Mechanical/ Metallurgical Engineering.
• Based in Durgapur, West Bengal and willing to reside at the factory.

• Daily, weekly, and monthly scheduling of rolling programs and pass changes to meet demand.
