Job summary

Pon Pure Chemical India Private Limited is seeking personnel for Operations in the warehouse area (APL). Responsibilities include creating batch cards, scanning barcodes, labeling and printing, and coordinating daily production and packing activities.

Role requires coordination with store and planning teams and maintaining RM/PM stock on the shop floor. Candidate should be comfortable working in a warehouse environment and capable of generating daily reports like DPR and production-related

Qualifications

• Survivability skill required.
• Educational qualifications: B.Com, BBA, or BSc.
• Experience in warehouse or production planning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create batch cards for production before starting.
• Perform batch-wise barcode scanning, labeling and printing.
• Coordinate with store and planning teams for daily production and packing.
• Maintain RM/PM stock on the shop floor as per daily plan and generate daily reports.

Key Responsibilities

All product Batch card creation for before production / Batch wise Barcode scanning & Label printing / Every FN Planning for Production and packing

Materials received at plant need to check all parameters with as per APL spec's / Coordinate with Store people, PM planning Given every day & Arranging / RM & PM Stock to be maintain in shop floor against daily plan

Allotting the ITI Peoples for packing, Production & machine Operating & Allotting the Workers for packing

(Packing Output report) daily basis & DPR report & PM/RM requirement (for each FN) send to APL Team daily basis & After completion of FN the same completion report send to pon pure commercial team by each month start

Visual inspection while receiving the packing material's / If material get rejected need to do QR format along with APL team
