Job summary

Pon Pure Speciality chemical Private Limited in Tamil Nadu invites a Production Supervisor to oversee daily plant operations at Thervoykandigai. You will monitor batch processes, ensure SOPs, safety, and quality standards, and coordinate with maintenance, QA/QC, EHS, and R&D teams.

The role requires strong analytical skills, familiarity with reactors, PFD/P&ID concepts, and CAPA-driven problem solving to optimize yield and efficiency while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of chemical plant operations and batch processing.
• Understanding of PFD, P&ID, mass & heat balance.
• Familiarity with reactors, ANF, centrifuge, dryers, pumps.
• Awareness of Process Safety Management (PSM) practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
