TO ENSURE PRODUCTION OF PEB ON WEELKY BASIS WITH QUALITY. TO HANDLE ALL WORKMEN RELATED PROBLEM DIPLOMATICALLY SO THAT PRODUCTION TARGET IS ACHIEVED. DAILY PRODUCTION REPORT TO MANAGEMENT ON ERP.
