Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day production activities as per the production plan.
• Ensure timely production of ice cream as per required quantity and quality.
• Monitor the production process from mix preparation to packing.
• Ensure proper usage of raw materials and packaging materials.
• Monitor production machines and ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance and Stores teams for production activities.
• Ensure proper manpower allocation and supervise production operators.
• Maintain production records and daily production reports.
• Ensure production is carried out as per SOPs and company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area.
• Monitor production wastage and take necessary corrective actions.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of semi-finished and finished products.
• Report machine breakdowns, production issues and process deviations to the Production Manager.
• Follow food safety, GMP, 5S and safety guidelines.
• Support the Production Manager in achieving production targets and improving productivity.

The role involves supervising production operations and manpower, coordinating with cross-functional teams, monitoring production performance and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
