Job summary

NGL Fine Chem Ltd. invites applications for a Junior Engineer- Production (Chemical Plant) to manage shifts, ensuring GMP and safety norms are followed, with DCS system interfacing. The role requires hands-on equipment experience and domain knowledge in API manufacturing processes.

Ideal candidates hold a chemical engineering degree or diploma with relevant API industry exposure and are ready to work in a fast-paced production environment in Tarapur, Maharashtra.

Qualifications

• Must have degree in Chemical engineering or diploma / B.Sc in related field.
• Experience in API industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with GMP and safety norms.

Responsibilities

• Shall be able to independently handle the shift following GMP and safety norms with DCS system.
• Hands on experience on Equipment.

I don't like anything in NGL Fine chem ltd S-18 plant.

Dislikes

The management at the S-18 plant is not satisfactory. The production department is not following proper GMP practices. There are significant internal politics issue and team members do not support one another. The company claim they have DCS system is dose not seem to be utilised effectively for future growth. If you are joining S-18 plant think twice before you join. If you are serving notice period management behaviour stressful and difficult to tolerate.
