Job summary

Unilever Pondicherry is hiring a Production Executive to oversee shift-based manufacturing, ensuring on-time output, compliance with safety, quality, and hygiene standards, and hands-on operational supervision.

You will lead shift teams, coordinate with QA and warehouse, troubleshoot issues, maintain records, and drive continuous improvement using ERP systems; BE/B.Tech in Chemical or Mechanical with 3–5 years FMCG/chemical experience is required.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• 3–5 years of experience in FMCG/chemical manufacturing, preferably in shift operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor manufacturing operations during the shift to ensure on-time production.
• Adhere to SOPs, GMP, safety protocols and maintain shift handovers with progress updates.
• Coordinate with QA, warehouse and maintenance to ensure smooth process flow and incident reporting.
