Job summary

Unilever India is seeking a Production Executive to oversee shift production, ensuring safety, quality, and timely output across manufacturing lines.

You will supervise operations, enforce SOPs and GMP, coordinate with QA and maintenance, and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate holds a BE/B.Tech in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with 3–5 years in FMCG or chemical manufacturing, preferably in shift-based roles.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering required.
• 3–5 years of experience in FMCG/chemical manufacturing, preferably in shift operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor manufacturing operations during the shift to ensure timely production as per plan.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, and safety protocols.
• Conduct shift handovers with updates on progress, incidents, and performance metrics.
• Optimize resource utilization including manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Troubleshoot minor breakdowns and elevate maintenance issues.
• Maintain accurate shift-wise records of production, wastage, rejections, and equipment performance.
• Coordinate with quality control and warehouse teams for smooth process flow.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and environmental norms.
• Lead and motivate shift workforce towards continuous improvement and discipline.

Job Summary
