Qualifications

• Industrial sewing machine operations and process knowledge.
• Drawing reading with basic GD&T interpretation.
• Quality inspection and process control.
• SAP PP module knowledge; ERP transaction and production reporting experience.
• Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement principles knowledge.
• HSE and Quality Management Systems knowledge.
• Inventory and WIP management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day shop floor production to meet plans and KPIs.
• Monitor processes and equipment to minimize downtime and optimize OEE.
• Plan shift schedules and allocate manpower; supervise sewing/processing operations.
• Review drawings and fabric cut-piece profiles before production; guide setup and parameters.
• Conduct in-process quality checks and maintain process controls.
• Prepare production reports and MIS; handle SAP/ERP confirmations and routing entries.
• Coordinate with Stores for inventory management and 5S on the shop floor.
• Support audits and drive Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
