• Identifying and reporting unsafe practices; implementing corrective actions.
• Analyzing production facets and recommending improvements.
• Coordinating materials and equipment; tracking production metrics daily.
• Monitoring productivity of staff, materials, and equipment for maximum output.
• Training personnel within the team and supervising subcontractors.

• Be an effective team member, working with supervisor and colleagues to ensure smooth workflow with maximum output
