Job summary

SkyVector Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad is seeking a hands-on Production/Manufacturing Engineer with electronics background to lead shop-floor operations.

You will plan, schedule, and monitor electronics manufacturing, oversee PCB assembly and box-build, and drive Lean/5S initiatives to improve efficiency. The role requires 2+ years of real production experience in defence, aerospace, or high-reliability electronics.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in ECE/EEE/Mechanical with CGPA 7.5+ (or equivalent).
• 2+ years hands-on electronics manufacturing/production experience on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and monitor electronics manufacturing to meet production targets and delivery timelines.
• Oversee PCB assembly and box-build operations, ensuring workmanship and quality standards.
• Support schematic preparation and review inputs required for production readiness.
• Coordinate EMI/EMC and ESS testing during the production cycle.
• Manage wiring and cable harnessing operations for sub-systems and complete units.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles to improve shop-floor efficiency.
• Drive process improvement and maintain manufacturing documentation.
