Job summary

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Quality Engineers to join our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for Mechanical Engineering graduates who are eager to build their careers in quality assurance and production operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Engineering

• Perform Incoming Material Inspection to ensure materials meet quality standards.
• Conduct In-Process Inspection during production to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Carry out Final Inspection before product dispatch to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
• Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and other production documentation.
• Investigate, analyze, and assist in resolving customer complaints through corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Production Engineering

• Support daily production activities to achieve production targets.
• Participate in New Product Development (NPD) activities, including process validation and production readiness.
• Monitor production processes and recommend improvements for quality and efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

Requirements

• B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
• 0–2 years of experience in Quality or Production Engineering.
• Freshers with strong technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
