Job summary

Fuller Technologies Cement India LLP is seeking a Production Engineer to oversee and optimize manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production and high-quality output at Arakkonam and other sites.

You will implement SOPs, lead production teams, identify bottlenecks, collaborate with quality control and maintenance, and ensure safety compliance while driving continuous improvement across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related field)
• Proven experience in manufacturing operations
• Strong understanding of SOPs
• Demonstrated ability in people management
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and targets.
• Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guarantee consistent product quality and operational efficiency.
• Lead and supervise production teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment through effective people management.
• Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement within production processes and implement solutions to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and maintenance, to ensure smooth and integrated operations.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training to production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies within the manufacturing facility.
