Job summary

Fuller Technologies in Chennai invites an experienced Senior Advanced Process Control Engineer to join our 24x7 Remote Support Center. You will remotely monitor and optimize APC systems for cement and mining globally, with occasional on-site visits to local sites.

You bring BE or Diploma in Chemical/Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation and 6+ years of APC experience, with MPC, neural networks, and fuzzy logic knowledge.

Qualifications

• BE / Diploma in Chemical / Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation; 6+ years in APC, cement or mining processes.
• Experience with MPC, neural networks and fuzzy logic is preferred.
• Willingness to travel to local sites and work in shifts, including nights.
• Strong communication and remote support capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer issues (Tickets / Incidents) with proper resolution in short timelines.
• Maintain professional customer relations and provide remote support for APC health.
• Fine-tune MPC/PID/Fuzzy controllers and implement ideas to improve plant productivity.
• Perform preventive maintenance visits, emergency visits, onsite training and commissioning.
• Track incidents in CRM and share knowledge with the team.
• Provide remote adhoc support and generate sales leads when required.
