Job summary

Dai ichi Karkaria in Gujarat seeks a Production Coordinator with experience in batch process chemical manufacturing. You will plan and coordinate production activities, drive batch execution, and monitor key process parameters to maintain safety and target productivity on the shop floor.

You will ensure raw material availability, coordinate with maintenance for preventive upkeep, maintain records, and support continuous improvement while adhering to SOPs, GMP, and EHS guidelines.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of chemical plant safety and handling of critical reactions.
• Familiarity with distillation, filtration, and batch manufacturing operations.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate production activities as per the production schedule.
• Handle raw material planning and ensure material availability.

• Monitor critical process parameters to ensure smooth plant operations.
• Ensure preventive maintenance coordination with the maintenance team.
• Report production deviations and implement corrective actions.

• Coordinate packaging of finished goods and dispatch activities.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and process efficiency.
