Job summary

Dai ichi Karkaria is seeking a Production Coordinator with experience in batch process chemical manufacturing to join our operations team. You will plan and coordinate production activities, execute batch processes, monitor critical parameters, and ensure safety and GMP/EHS compliance while maintaining accurate production records.

You will also coordinate maintenance, packaging, dispatch, and continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of chemical plant safety and handling of critical reactions.
• Familiarity with distillation, filtration, and batch manufacturing operations.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate production activities as per the production schedule.
• Handle raw material planning and ensure material availability.
• Execute and monitor batch processing as per SOPs.
• Monitor critical process parameters to ensure smooth plant operations.
• Ensure preventive maintenance coordination with the maintenance team.
