Luxury Personified in Delhi seeks a confident Product Trainer to represent 16 premium global consumer technology brands across India. You will lead product training, live demonstrations, retail engagement, brand events, and market feedback with professional presentations for staff, partners, and customers.

Responsibilities

Product Training: Train retail staff, channel partners, and internal sales teams; explain features, specifications, USPs, and benefits; conduct new-product training.
Product Demonstrations: Lead live demos at retail stores, partner locations, corporate offices; showcase features and use cases; handle queries.
Brand & Event Representation: Represent brands at trade fairs, exhibitions, product launches, dealer meets; deliver presentations.
Retail & Field Engagement: Visit partner stores; check visibility and readiness; coordinate with sales; collect market feedback.
Training Administration & Reporting: Maintain schedules, document attendance and feedback; report on training activities and market insights.

Job Description – Product Trainer | Premium Consumer Electronics

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, articulate, and well-presented Product Trainer to represent a portfolio of 16 premium global consumer technology brands across India.

The role is responsible for product training, live demonstrations, retail engagement, brand events, and market feedback. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills, a passion for technology, and the ability to represent premium brands professionally across retail and customer-facing environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Training

Conduct product training for retail staff, channel partners, and internal sales teams.
Explain product features, specifications, USPs, applications, and customer benefits in a simple and engaging manner.
Conduct new-product and refresher training as required.
Identify product knowledge gaps and address them through targeted training.

2. Product Demonstrations

Conduct live product demonstrations at retail stores, partner locations, corporate offices, and customer engagements.
Showcase key features, functionality, and use cases of products.
Respond to product-related queries and help retail teams improve their product presentation and customer interactions.

3. Brand & Event Representation

Represent the company and its brands at trade fairs, exhibitions, product launches, dealer meets, and brand events.
Deliver product presentations and demonstrations during events.
Ensure consistent and professional communication of brand and product messaging.

4. Retail & Field Engagement

Conduct regular visits to partner stores and retail outlets.
Check product visibility, display standards, demonstration readiness, and retail staff preparedness.
Coordinate with sales teams to address store-level training and product-related requirements.
Collect feedback from retail teams, channel partners, and customers.
Monitor competitor products, features, pricing, promotions, and market positioning.
Share relevant market insights with internal Sales, Marketing, and Brand teams.

6. Training Administration & Reporting

Maintain training schedules and coordinate sessions across locations.
Record training coverage, attendance, feedback, and key observations.
Submit regular reports covering training activities, store visits, demonstrations, and market insights.

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate in Business, Marketing, Technology, Communications, or a related field.
1–4 years of experience in Product Training, Retail Training, Product Demonstration, Consumer Electronics, Premium/Luxury Retail, Sales Enablement, or Brand Advocacy.
Experience in audio, wearables, cameras, healthcare/wellness technology, or related categories will be an advantage.
