• 5+ years of experience in product training.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel for training sessions and client meetings.
• Experience delivering training to groups of 25–50 participants.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product training and demonstration sessions for customers and internal teams.
• Provide onboarding and training on SCC Online products and features.
• Explain product functionalities, navigation, search techniques, and legal research processes in a simple and effective manner.
• Conduct online webinars, workshops, and on-site training sessions as required.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product guidance.
• Prepare and update training presentations, user guides, FAQs, and other training materials.
• Support the Sales and Customer Support teams during product demonstrations and client meetings.
• Collect user feedback and communicate product-related suggestions to the relevant teams.
