Huron Consulting Group is seeking a Technical Consultant Senior Analyst to provide deep technical support for the Research Suite. The role involves researching and resolving client-reported issues, refining configurations, and collaborating with Engineering and Services teams across multiple locations.

It requires strong problem-solving, OO programming, and JavaScript skills, with remote work and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field.
• Experience reading/writing OO code, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML/JSON & Java.
• Experience developing with JavaScript.
• Experience with Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server, Visual Studio.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide deep technical support to clients using our Research Suite software.
• Research, analyze, and resolve client reported issues.
• Identify product areas causing support burden and work with Engineering to fix issues.
• Modify and maintain client-specific configurations and customizations.
• Consult with clients and Services teams on hardware/software configurations.
• Improve internal support processes with new tools and job aids.
• Collaborate across teams in different locations; participate in on-call support as needed.

This includes supporting Huron’s software through remote web session utilities, phone calls, and email communications.
