Amazon Dev Center India - Hyderabad is seeking a skilled HR change management specialist to support system design and implementation of 3P-driven benefit changes for non-US countries. You will gather requirements, draft technical specs, and work with HRIS systems and external vendors to ensure smooth transitions for employees across APAC, LATAM and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Regular connects with internal and external stakeholders (Vendors, insurers, providers - Non US benefits).
• Collecting Benefit requirements across APAC, LATAM and Europe.
• Converting requirements into technical specifications.
• Working with 3P benefit vendor platforms like Darwin, TBA (Configuration, BRD and Payroll spec).
• Implementing/Launching new countries and sites.
• Coordinating and conducting UAT, test scenario creation.

Description

We are seeking a skilled resources within our benefit change management function. The ideal candidate will be supporting the system design and implementation of 3P supported change management initiatives related to Amazon's benefit program goals and objectives for Non-US countries. Thereby ensuring seamless transition for our critical stakeholders and customers (Employees). The candidate should be proficient in gathering requirements and converting them into technical specs, understanding the HRIS management systems (Non US benefits Domain) and working with 3P vendors to get the changes implemented.

Key job responsibilities

• Regular connects with Internal (Program and benefit managers) and external (Vendors, insurers, providers - Non US benefits) stakeholders
• Collecting Benefit requirements - understanding of employee Benefit offering across APAC, LATAM and European region
• Converting requirements in to technical specifications
• Working knowledge (Configuration, BRD and Payroll spec) of 3P benefit vendor platforms like Darwin, TBA.
• Implementing/Launching new countries and sites
• Coordinating and conducting UAT, test scenario creation.
