Job summary

Kornferry is seeking a Product Stewardship & Regulatory Specialist with 3+ years in product stewardship, regulatory affairs, or chemical compliance to support global regulatory compliance, product safety, and data governance for chemical products.

This role focuses on preparing regulatory documents, updating SDS and supplier data, and ensuring adherence to chemical regulations and customer requirements across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product stewardship, regulatory affairs, or chemical compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related field.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage regulatory documents such as SDS, EDS, IMDS/CAMDS, RoHS, REACH, SVHC declarations, and compliance certificates.
• Review and maintain vendor SDS updates, raw material regulatory data, and substance databases.
• Conduct GHS classification, SDS authoring, and regulatory assessments for chemical products.
• Support customer compliance inquiries and generate regulatory reports related to hazardous substances, VOCs, and environmental requirements.
• Ensure accurate documentation, data governance, and compliance with global chemical regulations.
