Job summary

Topgear Consultants is seeking a Product Specialist to engage with interventional cardiologists in Faridabad and onboard them to our healthcare program. You will explain benefits, fees, and processes to doctors, build and manage key hospital relationships, and drive patient lead generation in the territory.

The candidate should have an MBA in Marketing/Healthcare/Pharmaceutical Management or Life Sciences/B.Pharm with strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and onboard interventional cardiologists in the assigned territory.

• Coordinate and monitor the patient counselling process at partner hospitals and clinics.
• Support patient lead conversion and subscription growth.
• Manage relationships with key doctors and hospitals and resolve operational issues.
• Take ownership of business outcomes for the assigned territory.

Role: Product Specialist

Experience: 0 -1 years

Roles & Responsibility:

• Engage with and onboard interventional cardiologists in the assigned territory.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA in Marketing / Healthcare / Pharmaceutical Management.

• Fresh MBA graduates with strong communication and presentation skills can apply.
• Candidates with internship/project exposure in Pharma, Healthcare, Medical Devices, Hospital Management, Sales or Business Development will be preferred.
• Willingness to work in a field-based role covering Faridabad.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship management and negotiation skills
