Medanta is looking for a well-groomed, customer-oriented Beauty Advisor / Promoter for its premium store in Gurgaon. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting beauty and wellness products, providing product recommendations, and ensuring an excellent in-store customer experience.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, understanding needs, recommending products, maintaining displays, and coordinating with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Formación

• Experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or premium retail sales.
• Graduate preferred; candidates with relevant retail experience may apply.
• Strong communication, customer engagement and selling skills required.

• Presentable personality with a professional approach.
• Knowledge of beauty, skincare, and wellness products will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in premium retail stores, beauty brands, cosmetics, skincare, or wellness product promotion will be preferred.
