Job summary

LyondellBasell in India is seeking a production planning professional to coordinate monthly production plans, material planning, and stock management to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in management or logistics, 5+ years in multinational chemical planning, strong MS Office and SAP skills, and excellent English communication. On-site in Nashik with competitive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Follow sales & marketing monthly source plan to create monthly production plan.
• Work with PAD team on slow moving material usage.
• Collaborate with supply chain & logistics to ensure FG stock availability and manage stock transfers.
• Verify and analyze sales forecast against actual dispatches.
• Monitor FG and raw material supply for potential crises.
• Prepare management reports.
• Ensure compliance with ISO-TS 16949 and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Ensure proper utilization of owned assets.
• Oversee production planning, raw material arrangements, and FG material lift from toller site.
• Perform PLM-related activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1) Follow sales & marketing monthly source plan to create monthly production plan.

2) Work with PAD team on Slow moving material (RM & FG) usage.

3) Work with supply chain & logistic team ensure sufficient availability of FG stock and monitor the stock transfer process.

4) Efficient verification and analysis of sales forecast with actual dispatches.

5) Monitor FG and raw materials supply crisis.

6) Management reporting.

7) Maintain proper recording as per the requirements of ISO-TS 16949 and ISO 9001 : 2015 Standards .

8) Ensure that own assets our utilized.

9) over all responsible for production planning, Raw material arrangement and FG material lift up from toller site.

10) Responsible to perform to complete the PLM related activities.

Education:

Bachelor degree or above, with major in management or logistics related field

Work Experience:

5 year or above experience of planning from multi-national Chemical company.

Skills & Language

1. Good command of MS Office (excel), experience of SAP
2. Excellent written and oral communication in English.
