Job summary

Alstom Transport India Ltd is seeking a Product Manager to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our centralized DevOps team. You will collaborate with engineering, program management, and operations to prioritize backlogs and drive agile development, including DevOps/DevSecOps integration into software products.

You’ll translate business needs into detailed user stories and specs, monitor KPIs, and align product work with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Experience or understanding of managing complex software products and integrating DevOps/DevSecOps into software products
• Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform)
• Familiarity with scaled agile environments (SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus)
• A CSPO or SAFe PO/PM certification
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Technical background or familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus

You'll play a critical role in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our centralized DevOps team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving the product to success. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, program management, and operations), prioritize product backlogs, and lead agile development processes, and much more. You’ll specifically take care of integrating DevOps and DevSecOps into software products, but also lead the development of a centralized DevOps team.
