We're looking for a hands-on Product Operations Specialist (or Agile PM) to partner with our Product and Tech teams. This role is critical in ensuring our product development processes run smoothly, Jira and AHA setups are streamlined, and all stakeholders stay aligned.

You’ll build workflows, track sprints, run reports, and act as the operational glue across functions. If you love solving chaos with tools and process, this one's for you.

· Manage and optimize Jira setup – workflows, automations, dashboards, filters, permissions

· Maintain AHA! integration and roadmap alignment with Jira

· Track sprint activities – backlog grooming, sprint health, progress monitoring

· Build reports and dashboards for leadership

· Act as backup Scrum Master where needed

· Coordinate with Product, Tech, QA, Design for smoother releases

· Standardize how product/tech work is tracked, reported, and evolved

· 3–6 years experience in Product Ops / Agile PM / Tech Program Mgmt roles

· Strong hands-on Jira experience (not just usage – actual setup and automation)

· Familiar with AHA! or similar roadmap tools (or quick learner)

· Clear understanding of Agile processes, scrum rituals, and sprint metrics

· Comfortable working across multiple teams and priorities
