Job summary

Apna is seeking a Product Operations Associate to work closely with the Product team on Apna Advantage. This hands-on role is for someone early in their career who enjoys solving messy problems, digging into data, working with users and operations teams, and turning insights into better products and processes.

The position involves improving end-to-end user journeys, identifying product gaps, analyzing funnels and CRM data, and translating operational problems into product requirements.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in product operations, business operations, product, analytics, consulting, founder’s office or similar roles.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical ability.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data.

Responsibilities

• Improve the end-to-end user journey across discovery, counselling, application and admissions.
• Work closely with counsellors and users to identify product gaps and operational bottlenecks.
• Analyse funnels, call outcomes, CRM data and user behaviour to find drop-offs and opportunities.
• Translate operational problems into clear product requirements.
• Improve workflows across CRM, calling, WhatsApp, lead routing and internal tools.
• Run experiments and track impact on conversion, productivity and user experience.
• Test and improve AI-powered experiences such as voice counsellors and internal automation.
• Own dashboards, SOPs and processes needed to make product launches work at scale.
• Act as a bridge between Product and Operations and drive issues to closure.
