Zoca is seeking a creative Product Marketing Content Creator to join our PMM team and bring the product story to life through videos, reels, and posts. You will partner with Product Marketing, Product, and Sales to translate launches and features into engaging content that helps local and multi-location businesses grow.

Experience with social media video and a proactive mindset are essential. You will own the content from concept to publish, experiment with hooks, and help build a scalable

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating content for social media with a portfolio
• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, especially short form video
• Excellent storytelling, scriptwriting, and copywriting skills
• Ability to understand a product quickly and explain it clearly
• Comfort shooting/editing videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut
• Good eye for visuals, pacing, and what makes content engaging
• Confidence in front of the camera or ability to direct others on camera
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Proactive ownership mindset

• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style across content
• Track content performance and iterate based on insights

About The Role

We are looking for a creative and energetic Product Marketing Content Creator to work alongside our Product Marketing team (PMM) and bring the Zoca product story to life. You will turn product launches, features, and customer wins into videos, reels, and posts that business owners actually want to watch and share. This role suits someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling, can make a product easy to understand in a few seconds, and is comfortable being in front of and behind the camera.

What You'll Do

Content Creation

• Work closely with the PMM to turn product launches, feature updates, and positioning into clear, engaging content
• Come up with fresh content ideas and concepts that fit Zoca's brand and audience
• Write scripts, hooks, captions, and copy for short form videos, reels, and posts
• Shoot and produce videos, including talking head, product walkthroughs, demos, behind the scenes, and customer stories
• Edit and polish content, or work closely with video editors and designers to bring it to life
• Create content in multiple formats such as reels, carousels, stories, and long form videos

Trends & Strategy

• Stay on top of trends, formats, sounds, and platform updates and turn them into content

opportunities

• Help plan and maintain a content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, aligned with the PMM's launch plans
• Experiment with hooks, formats, and storytelling styles to improve reach and engagement
• Study what works for competitors and creators in the space and bring those learnings to the team

Collaboration & Performance

• Partner with the PMM, Product, and Sales teams to understand the product, the audience, and the key messages for each campaign
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style across all content
• Track content performance and use the insights to improve future content
• Take feedback well and iterate quickly to deliver on tight timelines

What We're Looking For

Must Have

• Proven experience creating content for social media, with a portfolio or links to your work
• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, especially short form video and reels
• Excellent storytelling, scriptwriting, and copywriting skills
• Ability to understand a product quickly and explain it simply and clearly
• Comfort shooting and editing videos using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar
• A good eye for visuals, pacing, and what makes content engaging
• Confidence in front of the camera, or the ability to direct others on camera
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• A proactive, ownership driven mindset

Good to Have

• Experience creating content for a SaaS, tech, or startup brand
• Exposure to product marketing, launches, or product demos
• Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or similar design tools
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and content performance
• Experience creating content for local, beauty, wellness, or hospitality businesses
