Job summary

TechnipFMC Hyderabad is seeking a Production Manager to ensure objectives are met on time and within QHSES standards. The role leads production teams across shifts, coordinating with Methods, Tooling, Maintenance, Process, Planning and Quality to optimize throughput.

You will analyze performance, drive cost efficiency, maintain equipment, and promote 5S and continuous improvement. A Mechanical engineering degree and 3+ years in production management are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical engineering is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in a production management role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production objectives are met in terms of time, quantity, and QHSES.
• Coordinate the activities of the Production Team Leaders and with other departments (Methods, Tooling, Maintenance, Process, Planning, and Quality control).
• Analyze performance and look for improvements in productivity, quality, and cost optimization.
• Promote continuous improvement and 5S at the workshop; focus on optimization of organization, processes and methods.

Ensures that production objectives are met in terms of time, quantity, and QHSES, and within operating budgets, either for all the processes in one shift or some processes for all shifts, by coordinating the activities of the Production Team Leaders and with other departments (Methods, Tooling, Maintenance, Process, Planning, and Quality control). Analyzes performance and look for improvements in productivity, quality, and cost optimization of manufacturing. Ensures the preservation of the equipment within the production unit and the cleanliness of the workshops. Promotes the continuous improvement program and 5S at the workshop. Focuses on constant optimization of the organization, processes and methods.
