Job summary

BharatPe Group in Gurugram is seeking a product leader to own fraud prevention and user protection within the UPI payments ecosystem. You will design scalable, real-time detection systems while balancing security with a seamless customer experience.

From ideation to launch and ongoing optimization, you will collaborate with engineering, data science, and operations to translate risk insights into product features and measurable security outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of direct experience working within the UPI ecosystem.
• BE/B.Tech degree or equivalent qualification.
• MBA preferred but not required.
• Strong product thinking and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated capacity to own initiatives that extend beyond your formal responsibilities.
• Passion for creating solutions that are both secure and user-friendly.

• Collaborating with engineering, data science, and operations teams to translate fraud prevention insights into product features
• Analyzing transaction patterns, user feedback, and industry trends to anticipate emerging threats
• Defining metrics that measure both security effectiveness and customer satisfaction

What we're looking for:
