Job summary

Cashfree Payments India Private Limited seeks a product leader to own the Trust and Safety roadmap, identify merchant needs in fraud and abuse, and design secure, scalable payment journeys.

You will collaborate withEngineering, Design, Business, Sales, Operations, Risk, and Compliance, using SQL and analytics to drive experiments and activation across Bengaluru-based payment platforms.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of core product management experience in fintech or digital payments.
• Domain expertise in Digital Payments, Payment Gateways, UPI, Merchant acquiring or SMB payment solutions.
• Proven track record of owning product modules, writing clear PRDs, and driving adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and product line strategy for Trust and Safety offerings.
• Identify unmet merchant needs in the Fraud and Abuse space, design intuitive payment journeys as well as interventions and bring new payment solutions from concept to rollout.

What We Are Looking For

• Domain expertise in Digital Payments, Payment Gateways, UPI, Merchant Acquiring, or SMB payment solutions.
• Proven track record of owning product modules, writing clear PRDs, and driving adoption.
• Strong problem-solving skills with proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage cross-functional teams and align with business leadership.
