Job summary

Shivalik Small Finance Bank seeks a Manager /SM, Product Manager for TASC & Government Banking at Noida HO. Lead development and growth of liability and transaction banking products for the TASC segment, including trusts, societies, NGOs, educational institutions, religious bodies, clubs, and government banking.

You will drive product innovation, portfolio growth, digital enablement, and collaborate across Business, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Technology, and Marketing to implement

Qualifications

• Graduate/PG in Business, Finance, Economics or related fields.
• 24 years of experience in Product Management, Liability Products, Business Banking, Institutional Banking, or Transaction Banking.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance TASC liability products including Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Deposits, and value-added offerings.
• Develop segment-specific propositions to drive customer acquisition, CASA growth, and portfolio profitability.
• Drive adoption of digital and transaction banking solutions such as internet banking, payment and collection services, bulk payments, and cash management solutions.
• Identify market opportunities through customer feedback, market research, and competitor benchmarking.
• Collaborate with Business, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Technology, and Marketing teams for product implementation and enhancement.
• Ensure adherence to RBI regulations, KYC/AML requirements, and internal policies.
• Monitor portfolio performance, product utilization, customer engagement, and revenue metrics.
• Support business teams with product training, sales collateral, and campaign initiatives.

Role Overview
